*Please double check to ensure you have selected the correct hairstyle, time and date.

*Your hair must be WASHED, DETANGLED AND BLOWN OUT/STRETCHED before your appointment (Kindly note that if you arrive for your appointment with dirty and tangled hair, it may lead to refusal of service.

*There will be an extra charge of $20 if I detangle/blow out your hair before your service.

*Extra $40 if your hair thick. fine or long

*Please ensure hair is free from any products e.g. oils. If you prefer to use your products, you can bring them along. (We are not responsible for allergies to any products or extensions.)

*Your style or colour of extensions cannot be changed on the day of your appointment

*Only one guest is allowed while you are being serviced.

*If you cancel your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.

*A late fee of $20 will be apply after 15mins. Appointment may be cancelled after 1hour and the deposit is non refundable.

*Balance can be paid in cash, bank transfer or EFTPOS. Afterpay available on request.
